Stein Rognerud
STEIN ROGNERUD, born 1960. Business area manager for ZetaDisplay Danmark A/S. Holds a degree in economics from Ekonomisk College, Oslo. Started at ZetaDisplay 2008 and the former managing director of ZetaDisplay Norge AS. Stein is one of the founders of Client System A/S, where he was the director of sales between 1989 and 2004, when the company was acquired by Visma. He was appointed director of sales of Visma Retail A/S, with responsibility for sales in Sweden and Denmark. He was also a member of the board of Visma Retail AB.
Share holdings in the Company: 17 880 ordinary shares and 20 000 employee share options (share option rights through an employee incentive plan 2016/2019).
