Corporate Governance refers to the regulations and structure that have been established to manage and operate a limited company in an efficient and controlled way. The purpose of Corporate Governance is essentially to accomodate shareholder requirements on return on investment, and to meet all stakeholders’ need of information about the company and its progress.
